Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification once your order has been shipped. Once in transit, the package will take 4 to 9 business days to arrive at your address.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 12 business days from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@bustbloom.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return Policy - Bloom Bust
At Bloom Bust, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Here are the details of our return policy:
Return Period: 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to make a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at contact@bloombust.com, providing your order number and reason for the return.
- Prepare the item: ensure it is well packaged and in its original condition.
- Send it to the address we will provide in our response.
Proof of Purchase
Please include proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation) with your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. A refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few days.
Special Cases:
- Damaged or missing items (not due to our error) are only eligible for a partial refund.
- Items returned after 30 days are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If this applies to you, send us an email and we will arrange for an exchange of the identical item.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $40, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, we can offer you a gift card equivalent to the value of the returned product once it is received. If the original buyer received the item, the refund will be issued directly to them.
